Free training is offered annually to Panel members. Questions regarding training should be directed to Jason Hawkins, Federal Public Defender, at 214-767-2746. The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) also offers free training to Panel members on a regular basis. You will receive periodic notice of training opportunities.
