The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas is requesting proposals to update finishes within approximately 1,430 square feet of office space occupied by the Clerk’s Office on the fourteenth floor of the Earle Cabell Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse.

Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and drawings and submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Time on August 19, 2026.

Written requests for information must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. Responses to RFIs will be issued no later than August 13, 2026.

Award will be made on a firm-fixed-price basis to the offeror submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable proposal.
