Multifactor authentication (MFA) for logging into PACER and CM/ECF user accounts will be available beginning May 11, 2025. Users should enroll to use MFA at their earliest convenience to enhance system security. 

MFA will be mandatory for users who have filing and all other types of CM/ECF-level access. The deadline for enrolling to use MFA is December 31, 2025.
