The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas intends to issue an open-market solicitation for the purchase of 16 HPE memory modules (HPE 64GB 2Rx4 PC5-5600B-R Smart Kit memory modules) for use with the Court's existing HPE server infrastructure.

The Court has determined that HPE-brand memory modules are required for compatibility and standardization with the Court's existing HPE equipment. The brand-name limitation is supported by an approved Justification for Limiting Sources and Open Competition (JLOC). The requirement is limited to the specified HPE product; however, competition is not limited to a particular reseller or vendor.

Vendors interested in competing for this requirement should provide a quotation identifying the exact HPE product offered, unit and extended pricing, delivery terms, warranty, and confirmation that the products are new and eligible for applicable HPE manufacturer support.
