Lubbock: The physical offices of the Lubbock division will delay opening until 10:00 AM on January 25 due to inclement weather. ECF is operational and telephone calls made to the main lines and ECF Help Desks will be answered or returned.

Amarillo: The physical offices of the Amarillo division will be open during normal business hours on Wednesday, January 25.
