    Due to inclement weather, the physical offices of the Abilene, San Angelo and Wichita Falls divisions will be closed on Friday, February 19. The Amarillo, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Lubbock divisions will open at 9:00 a.m.
    ECF is operational, and telephone calls made to the main lines and ECF Help Desks will be answered or returned.
