The physical offices of the Abilene, Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Angelo divisions will be closed Friday, February 4 due to inclement weather. The Amarillo and Lubbock divisions will delay opening until 11:00 a.m. ECF is operational and telephone calls made to the main lines and ECF Help Desks will be answered or returned.
