Urgent filings requesting immediate judicial review during the ECF outage may be e-mailed in PDF format to USDCemergencyfile@txnd.uscourts.gov. You must clearly state in the e-mail why you are seeking immediate judicial review. 

All other filings should be filed after the ECF system has completed the scheduled maintenance.
