    Increases in the CJA Hourly Rates and Compensation Maximums for Counsel
    Rates: Effective January 1, 2020, the hourly rates for CJA appointed counsel have been increased to $152 (non-capital) and $195 (capital). The non-capital case compensation maximums have therefore increased as follows: $11,800 (previously $11,500)... more
