Video conference ceremonies are typically conducted on a monthly basis. The judge and applicants appear on video.The judge is in the courtroom, and the applicants are in the USCIS Dallas Field Office in Irving, TX. To preserve bandwidth and avoid technical difficulties, no external connections are permitted to the video conference. However, USCIS does permit up to two guests per applicant at their Irving facility. |
