A Resident Attorney's Requirement Under the Criminal Justice Act Plan (Miscellaneous Order 3):

Attorneys who reside or practice in the Abilene, Amarillo, Fort Worth, Lubbock, San Angelo, and Wichita Falls divisions are required, when admitted, to complete the CJA application form, and the clerk solicits qualified applicants for the Dallas division panel.
