This program is designed as a one-day event to provide experienced and less-experienced federal practitioners with instruction on a broad array of procedural and substantive topics to sharpen their skills. The morning will be a combined session while in the afternoon we will split into a civil and criminal track to dig deeper into issues concerning each.
