Juror Questionnaire

You are here

If you received a letter instructing you to complete a juror questionnaire and need assistance, please read this notice carefully. Our call volume has been extremely heavy, and we are returning all messages as quickly as possible. If you have had difficulty using the online system or if you would like to request a paper questionnaire, please email us during business hours. In the message, please include your full name (and the full name of the person who received the letter if it is someone other than you), the juror participant number contained in the letter, a phone number, and an e-mail address where you can be reached. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Texas voter and driver records are the sources of information for our eJuror system, and these records may not have been updated to reflect your current address, or the information may be wrong for a variety of other reasons. Incorrect data might prevent you from logging into the online system without assistance from the clerk's office. ‎Please understand that we will work with you to adjust any response deadlines that cannot be met because of technical difficulties or because of delays in mailing a paper questionnaire to you.

If you are over 70 years old, or if you will be over 70 years old within the next 30 days, and you wish to be excused from completing a questionnaire, please email the jury clerkIMPORTANT: Use the “Department” drop-down menu to select the division in which you are scheduled to appear. Your message must include your participant number, complete date of birth, and that you prefer not to fill out a questionnaire based on your age.

Please do not call the clerk's office. This is all you need to do to respond.

Thank you for your patience.
