Public Access to Court Electronic Records
- PACER
The U.S. District Court for the Northern District
of Texas, along with District, Bankruptcy and Appellate Courts across
the nation, provide access to Court information 24-hours a day,
seven days a week through PACER.
PACER is an electronic public access service that allows users to
obtain case and docket information through the internet.
PACER query functions have been greatly improved. Data is extracted
directly from the courts case management system providing up to
date information.
Subscribing to PACER is free, and costs $.08 per page.

The PACER Service Center also maintains a bulletin
board that registered users can use free of charge. Information
such as a list of participating courts, phone numbers, settings,
copies of billing statements are available from this bulletin board.
